Long Arm Services
Pricing
Edge to Edge Quilting costs $0.02 per square inch. You get to choose your pattern and thread color for the quilting. Since some projects are larger than others, there is also a $1.00 per bobbin charge.
If you need batting for your project, I can provide that as well. I use Hobbs 80/20 at a cost of $10.00 per yard. Any batting provided by me is subject to sales tax.
In order to safely quilt your masterpiece, I need an extra 5 inches on each side of the quilt's backing and batting so that the machine does not pull on the quilt top. If you do not have enough extra, there will be a $20 charge for me to add it.
I accept cash, check, or Venmo as payment. Payment is due at the time of pick up.
Patterns
I have about 50 different patterns for you to choose from. When making your selections at the time of drop off, we can go through and choose which pattern you would like.
If you do not like any of the patterns I currently have, I am happy to find another for you. Since I have to purchase any patterns that I use, I will charge a $5-$10 fee based on the cost of the pattern.
Thread Colors
There are more than 60 different colors to choose from ranging from pure white to fluorescent pink to black. Because of the significant range of colors, clients typically choose a basic color and I suggest a shade that is complimentary to the quilt.
If you would like to look more closely at the colors I have, I am happy to bring color swatches for you to choose from at the time of drop off.
